The Montana small stream season has now opened for the year and Yellowstone Park opens to fishing Saturday May 25th. With area rivers and streams in runoff mode now is a good time to look to area spring creeks and lakes ,both private and public, for fishing opportunities. Additional tailwater options are in reach of the area and with flows dropping some options, such as the Boulder are worth investigating.
