COMMENTS:

We heard this week the Boulder is actually looking pretty good.  Heavy nymph rigs and streamers if you do go poke around the Boulder and be safe.

MADISON RIVER
CURRENT HATCHES:

Caddis in the Beartrap, baetis and march browns.

COMMENTS:

Clarity is approximately 1 foot of visibility. Worm patterns, crayfish and streamers are taking fish. **Construction delays are still a factor.

SPRING CREEKS
CURRENT HATCHES:

Midges are reported as fair to good, baetis are sparse and caddis reported as fair to good.

COMMENTS:

Sounds like nymphing has been best with a variety of mayfly nymphs about. Scuds and sow bugs are taking fish along with caddis pupae and larva.
